10 years is too damn long.  This needs to have happened yesterday.  I think it should take no longer than 3 years but if our President would stop being a hypocrite and legal it federally it would happen a lot sooner.

Bottom line legalization is here and isn't going away.  And if the feds try to overturn the will of the people that would be tyranny in my book.
