Hell yes! If this doesn't clinch the passing of Proposition 19 I don't know what will. Hopefully this means th epro-legalizers will be able to saturate the media with ads to push this measure through. I am so glad they now have the means financially to keep the campaign going strong.

Isn't just wonderful we have law enforcement that won't enforce the law? Isn't it wonderful how law enforcement can choose which laws they wan't to enforce? This sheriff needs to be fired. How is it that he can choose to enforce federal laws when he is a local sheriff? He's not an federal employee.

Bad news for Proposition 19. I knew this was going to be an issue with legalization. It's going to be very interesting how this will turn out. I'm hoping this issue will turn out to be the beginning of a legal battle that will also be the beginning of ending the Drug War.
